Together in Dreaming

Challenge: make a song based on the art (provided in the artwork image by https://jimmy-chimmy.itch.io).

The fantasy characters and the color palette made things feel very mystical and ethereal. I went with a 7/4 time signature because there are 7 "feet" walking along the path. I used a violin and bassoon to represent each voice as they converse with one another. They look like they're coming from a dark place and entering (or realizing) this beautiful world they are in together and will keep each other safe. I love this art!
